The postpartum period is a time of profound transformation, recovery, and adjustment - for both your body and your nervous system. Our postpartum mobile visits bring specialized care directly to your home during those precious early days when leaving the house feels overwhelming or impossible. Your nervous system has just coordinated one of the most incredible experiences of your life, and now it's working to support your recovery while you care for your new baby. We understand that your body needs gentle, expert support to transition from pregnancy and birth into this new phase of motherhood. During this visit, we focus on restoring balance to your nervous system, which directly impacts your ability to heal, rest, and bond with your baby. When your nervous system is functioning optimally, it supports better sleep (when you can get it!), improved energy, enhanced mood regulation, and your body's natural healing processes. What's included: - Comprehensive postpartum nervous system assessment and care for mom - Gentle evaluation and support for your new baby - Care that accommodates nursing, holding baby, or any positioning needs - Support for your birth team at no additional charge (doulas, midwives, etc.) - Additional family members: $30 for adults, $15 for children We believe the postpartum period deserves the same intentional care and support as pregnancy and birth.
