Pregnancy changes your body in so many ways. Chiropractic can help support your joints are they shift, help alleviate spinal discomfort, relax your nervous system to aid in better sleep and overall wellbeing. Dr. Anna is certified in Webster Technique which is a pregnancy specific chiropractic adjustment of the pelvis. Webster technique can support the pelvis, and support proper position of baby as well. This technique is specific, gentle and safe during all three (and actually four) trimesters. 

Studies show that women who receive consistent chiropractic care throughout pregnancy have lower birth interventions, shorter labor time, less complications, and faster postpartum recovery.
